Old Age – What Saith the Scripture?

“Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; unit I have showed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to everyone that is to come.” (Psalm 71:18)

The population of Americans over 65 will increase from 34 million to 53 million by 2020, according to Census Bureau forecast.  The “over 85 population” will nearly double to 7 million.

We have a wonderful Senior Adult Department which endeavors to meet the needs of Senior Adults, not only at OBC but in our community as well.  There are so many opportunities of service through this great ministry, and something for everyone
